Biodynamic Craniosacral is an approach that uses gentle hands-on contact, in which the practitioner connects directly with the nervous system, tissues, organs, cells, & craniosacral fluid rhythms to bring about a therapeutic response.

With highly skilled sensitivity, practitioners make direct contact with what is hindering the natural flow and functions of the body, and gently guides the client back to their natural state of health and wholeness.

When the nervous system is recalibrated into a deep parasympathetic state, areas that have been fixated or stuck will gently begin to release, unwind, and return to healthy motion. Transmutation of pain, tension and emotional blockages will occur as healthy motion returns.

Sessions allow for natural adjustments and healing to occur from within the body's own resources.

Death + Dying

Holly teaches community workshops and provides training on Death & Dying. She offers a holistic approach to navigating End of Life by providing clinical hospice education, logistical and practical tools, and teaches Energy Medicine & Craniosacral Biodynamics to support this sacred transition.

This work is inspired to both ritualize and normalize the final passage. To encourage open communication about death in our communities. To accept our mortality, face our fears, and allow death to inform us on how to fully live.

Holly combines her experience as a Registered Nurse, Hospice Care, Craniosacral Therapist, Masters Certificate in Intuition Medicine®, & Energy Medicine Practitioner.
